All owners and renters returning to the Village are required to complete a "Resident Registration Form" available in the Property Management Office. These forms are necessary to ensure that HOA records are current as to owners' address, contact numbers etc.
2016 Christmas Party
The December 15, 2016 Christmas Party was unique this year, in that we had some very special entertainment. Our neighbors at Sunshine Acres brought twelve of their very best singers to treat us to some lively Christmas music. Upwards of $1,100 was donated to the talented young people.Hosted by Roy and Jan Lietzau, Jim and Barb Erie, Rajean Warren and Susan Bienfang, the part was a fun affair. Food was again provided by Fran's Kitchen, and served by their capable staff. The Clubhouse was decorated beautifully, with our ever faithful decorations. I especially enjoyed the looks of the tables, as we walked in the door. Folks here never cease to amaze me at their ability to take an unadorned room and transform it into a place of beauty and excitement.Merry Christmas everyone.I love you all.
