All owners and renters returning to the Village are required to complete a "Resident Registration Form" available in the Property Management Office. These forms are necessary to ensure that HOA records are current as to owners' address, contact numbers etc.

This notice is to inform all homeowners of the new TV Service.

As of January 22,2017 Direct TV (AZTEK) will be suppling TV service to The Village at Apache Wells.
Information meetings to take place during and. after the installation process.
Homeowners who have an account with Cox for phone and or internet can continue with Cox for these
services. The HOA only supplies basic entertainment package and upgraded TV is available with Direct
TV also.
Regarding Cox Communications, all homeowners are aware that Cox is now providing "digital" signal to
all "170" units and those of you who are returning beforeJanuary 2017 you would need to set up an
account with Cox and order your "free" (1 yr.) mini box. If you already have an account with Cox for
upgraded services, phone and internet you would need to order a mini box for any other TV not directly
connected to the existing receiver box.
Once termination with Cox is established each homeowner is responsible for returning each mini box to
Cox Communications.
