All owners and renters returning to the Village are required to complete a "Resident Registration Form" available in the Property Management Office. These forms are necessary to ensure that HOA records are current as to owners' address, contact numbers etc.

NEW FACES, NEW SOCIAL COMMITTEE PRESIDENT

       


Saturday morning, January 7, 2017 Coffee, brought us some exciting news.  After nearly five years of serving as our Social Committee President, Shirley Feinman has handed over the gavel to Susan Beinfang.  We thank Shirley  for her dedication, and welcome Susan wholeheartedly.  Judging from the way Susan has enthusiastically joined in the community activities in the two years since she moved here, we can expect some fun filled ideas from her.  Please give her your support.

Saturday Coffee also introduced us to the seven residents who will run for openings on the H.O.A. Board.  Congratulations to Chris Howells for a job well done as Nominating Chairman.  The seven residents who are vying for three Board vacancies are:
